Air Travel with Cat
In December, I will be traveling with my cat for the holidays. He will be traveling as my carry-on luggage. I am concerned about the trip because it will be an all-day affair. I live 2 hours from the airport and will be flying almost all the way across the country. It will be no less than a 7 hour trip once we are actually at the airport. Does anyone have advice on how to travel with your cat during such long time periods when it won't be possible for him to be out of the carrier because of airport regulations?

Hi, my cat's name is Dexter, and we as a family are relocating to South Carolina from Wilmington, DE. This will be the first long automobile ride for him about 10 hours, and probably staying overnight at a cat friendly motel. I've bought a leash for him and he has a large pet carrier. I'd like to have some ideas from anyone who has traveled a long distance with their cat, regarding feeding, water, exercise, and litter box? Please let me know as we are leaving on Monday, July 20.
