3 month old puppy is aggressive with other dogs
Just adopted a 3 month old mutt (Boxer/Hound/Terrier/everything) from the Nashville Humane society (NHS) ~2 wks ago. He was separated from his mom at 6 wks. Kept in a foster home until 10 wks. Then given back over to the NHS where he was neutered and given his shots. He spent ~2 wks in the pound before we picked him up.
Everything is going great with the crate training and potty training. He's a little skittish about other people, but within a few seconds with assurance from us, he warms up to everyone. Even children (nobody younger than 6, though)
New Dog Club in Orange County, CA
Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let all of the PAW PARENTS know there is a new dog club in Orange County, which my wife and I started this year and is growing quickly. It is called Desperate Paws of Orange County Dog Club and you can find us on the web at http://www.meetup.com/desperatepawsofocdogclub/. We specifically designed the club to place PARENTS and their PAWS in fun social Activities and Outings in and around Orange County.
Fraidy Dog!
My dog is afraid of people! Even though he lets my family get close to him, nobody else can even walk past him without him whinning and running away out of fright! Please anwer and give any ideas u have :)
Kitten Refuses Affection
I adopted Ginger 2 months ago. She is 5 months old now. I have 2 other adult male cats, both 7 years old, and she is very close to one of them. My beef is that I am a serious cat lover, and from day one Ginger will not let me hold her. She will come lay by me, when she wants to, and will let me pet her when she wants it, but will not let me pick her up and hold her. If I try and force her she contorts herself and twists and turns and scratches until I give up and either let her go, or she gets away. I'm not a kid, I'm 56, and have never had a cat that refused affection.

Socializing overexcited puppy
We have an 11 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and she LOVES people and other animals, but because of this she gets way too excited when we take her to public places and whines and barks and can't settle down easily and we tend to have to go home, which isn't solving the problem.
Pets.com New Site - Info about photos
Well, after a few bumps we're live with the new site. I just wanted to let everyone know that we're still loading photos from the old site so you might not see your photos up right away. They should all be there by the end of today, however.
