About Fleetwood Mac (Mac)
Nick Names: Mac, Mac Mac, little Mac, Angel, Sunshine Girl, Baby
Personality Traits: very friendly will more often than not greet visitors to our home with a meow,
smart, calm, docile, an all around wonderful pet, sometimes a little brat, but most of the time very well behaved,
favorite pasttime seems to be resting somewhere or lounging in one of the living room chairs.
Mac will often keep me company at night, or anytime when I'm in my room relaxing and watching tv, and when I turn in for the night-she's almost always there for awhile.
When she thinks I'm awake or about to wake up in the morning, she is also there to keep me company till I'm ready to get up and start my day.:)
I talk to her, sing to her sometimes during these times,
or Im just quiet and pet her or not, she is great company either way, listening, purring away and just being her wonderful sweet little self.

Special Skills/Tricks: meows at visitors, answers me with a meow, when I ask her who's a good girl and stands up on two paws when I feed her,
she is slightly bilingual, she knows the italian word for food or eat, and when I say maunga (not sure it's spelled right) she will run into the kitchen.
sometimes she will run right to her water bowl if I ask her if she wants water or is thirsty.
Favorite Toys: an empty box, a paper bag, anything with catnip in it, etc.
Favorite Hobbies: resting somewhere or lounging on a chair or the couch in the living room, keeping mommy company, eating.
Favorite Places to Sleep:
anywhere that she gets comfortable in, on mommy's bed, sometimes on her clothes, on the couch bed near me on the occasional night that I now spend on it (this is mainly my summer bed since the a/c goes in one of the living room windows) but on a rare occasion the rest of the year, I will sleep in there., in the kitchen, etc.
Favorite Food:
her food, purina utinay tract health formula, or anything that she considers good that falls on the kitchen floor. :p
Dislikes:
she's not one who really likes to be held alot but will tolerate it for a showrt time.
Additional Information:
she was spayed as a kitten, has her shots up to date and is healthy and happy.:)
My human mom created this site for me, and told a story about me, and last week she got an email from the admin people at this site, saying that I was chosen as a pet of the day for today.:)
I seem to be one of 2 cats that was chosen, how nice to have company.:)
the other kitty looks nice, but according to Mommy I'm the cutest, prettiest, smartest, etc. etc.
she and most of her friends all say how wonderful and special I am.
I have them wrapped around my little paws.
I'm such a lucky kitty.
Mommy says, many times, that she's lucky to have such a wonderful, smart, friendly good kitty as me.
Mommy's been giving me something new to play with and enjoy every day since earlier this week.
I got a colorful tent one day, and then a new cat toy for a couple days, something I can climb on and scratch at that has a squeky mouse toy on a string on it, today I got a colorful sparkly red round toy that smelled interesting.
I think Mommy will be giving me something new each day for another
3 or 4 days, then it will be back
to normal, and then around christmas Mommy has a new something for me for 12 days or so.
earlier this week she told me I had more smarts in my little paw and claws then some politicians do and that I could do a better job than some of them.
then I guess I got a big head about it or at least Mommy thought that, since I started acting like a little brat and got on the table a few times, which she doesn't like.
I did mind her though and got down right away when she first told me to get down or that I don't belong
on the kitchen table.
Mommy decided not to get me another kitty to share our home.
at the mspca in methuen.
there was one there that the people there said would be good to think about bringing home.
so Mommy spent some time with this one and liked her alot.
it's between this (slightly older) kitten
and a kitten that some friends of Mommy's have and she will decide tomorrow then let the mspca know tomorrow afternoon and sometime soon
I will probably have a new little friend of my own kind here at home.
Mommy says this is one of my/our christmas presents.
Mommy put the couch bed away a few weeks ago and sleeps in the bedroom now.
when she turns in for the night, I lay down with her for awhile, then I'm off to the living room or kitchen while she sleeps.
In the morning(s) after she turns
the tv on, I go lay down near her again, sometimes she will talk or sing
to me and pet me.
sometimes she will doze off too.
about 15-20 hours a week.
so she can get me whatever I need and hopefully get me the things on my kitty wish list for Christmas and get her family and friends things that
she wants to get them for the holidays.

a colorful tent that I can go in and hide
that has a mouse hanging in it that I can bat at, and a colorful round tunnel thing that also has things in it that I can bat at when I go hide in there.
(another hiding place that I've liked since being a kitten is my carrier(s) which Mommy leaves the door open in
most all the time and I can go in there when I want to relax, hide, take
a kitty nap, etc.)
anyway Mommy let me preview the new toys/hideing places, which she said
are Christmas presents, and now they're hidden away in one of the closets.
she asked me if I liked them and at first I wouldn't answer her but then
I meowed at her when she asked again.
I wonder what else Santa and even maybe some of Mommy's friends will bring me for the holidays.
some new things to hide and relax in that my human Mommy saw in the miles kimballs catalog-but I think she knows and maybe ordered them, I hope she'll also let me play with the packages things come in.:)
a new scratching post that is also available from miles kimball, I think Mommy forgot or didn't have enougn to order this, maybe one of her nice friends or Santa will bring it to me.
(some of her friends bring me presents sometimes. last christmas one gave me a nice new water dish. and one recently brought me some cool new toys with catnip inside when she stayed overnight.)
I'd also like some more treats, and some new toys with catnip in them.
oh and a can of wet cat food as a treat for thanksgiving and christmas.:)
