Here's a look at dogs who've gone down in history!
Pavlov's Dogs: Pavlov's dogs are best known for their help in the discovery of the phenomenon now known as classical conditioning.
Pal: Pal played Lassie in Lassie Come Home, a movie based on the novel written by Eric Knight.
Spike: Spike starred in Disney's Old Yeller and was part of the Weatherwax family, the folks famous for training many popular dog stars.
Rin Tin Tin: the most recognized name in German Shepherd dog history! He is from the oldest continuous bloodline in the history of the breed.
Handsome Dan: this familiar bulldog is Yale University's mascot. Handsome Dan appears at sporting events, being kept on leash on the sidelines at Yale football games and dodging out-of-bounds players.
