Site Outage, Lost Information (Aug. 28)

As many of you may have noticed, our Pets.com site went down last week. This was a result of a technical issue that has been resolved. However, it meant that we lost a significant amount of information, such as new members, blogs, or any new posts made during most of August.

Through this week, we've tried to recover as much of the information you posted during that time, but unfortunately were unable to.

If you find that something you have posted is no longer here, or if you're new and can't find your profile, I sincerely hope that you will consider posting or signing up again. We've taken steps to ensure this does not happen again and, specifically, that we have a stronger, daily backup of data.
