Giving to honor any occasion
PetSmart - Michelle Thompson, PetSmart Charities®
PetSmart Charities® knows that pets have a positive impact on our lives. They are more than just pets – they are family members. Your relationship with your pet is one of trust, love and understanding.
At PetSmart Charities, we create and support innovative programs and services that focus on saving the lives of homeless pets, including pet adoptions from shelters and rescue organization; funding for low-cost, high-quality, high-volume spay and neuter services; and emergency relief programs. Through our in-store adoption program alone, PetSmart Charities has helped save the lives of 4 million homeless dogs, cats and small animals since 1994.
You can help us support these lifesaving programs and services this holiday season. Our Tribute & Memorial giving program is available to help you honor life events for you and your pet. We make it easy for you to recognize your pet during anniversaries, birthdays or the holidays, or to observe the passing of a special pet (or pet lover). Maybe you just want to stay in touch with someone or give a gift in honor of your pet.
During these tough economic times, sometimes the best gift is one that pays tribute to a cause that your friends or family members strongly believe in. Honoring a pet is a great way to let someone know that you are thinking about them and want to wish them the very best. The holiday season is a perfect opportunity to do just that.
When you donate to the Tribute & Memorial program, you can choose from two different cards, one for celebrations and one in loving memory. Once PetSmart Charities receives your donation, we customize and mail the card to your selected recipient, just in time for the winter holidays. Inside, both cards highlight that you’ve made a donation in honor of the person or pet who you have designated.
PetSmart Charities will ensure that your gift is used to fund and support programs that save the lives of homeless pets. To learn more, visit http://www.petsmartcharities.org/tributememorial/index.php.
