I have a 4 year old male Chihuahua who has been having "fits" of licking and scratching. I recently had him groomed-NO FLEAS or TICKS. However I have found 3 little black bugs on him that are not ticks. Anyway he itches and scrathes ALOT. I have checked him over several times and I do not find any bugs, bumps, or leasions. Help!!!!!

Maybe he has a rash? you should take him to the vet to make sure nothings wrong.
Sounds like he might have fleas......the 3 little black bugs??? Maybe he got them at the groomer. Give him a bath yourself and see what crawls out. Poor fella sounds miserable. He could also have allergies. If you're still concerned make a quick trip to the vet. :-)
