I have a blond Lab about 3 years old. Fixed Recently developed small black spots on her belly. They look a little like scabs but are not. Shes had them for about 2 weks now and they seem to spreading. They aren't fleas and don't really seam to bother her but I am concerned. Could it be some sort of Dog exema? Cash is tight right now I can't really afford to take her to vet unless I really need to. Any advise would be appreciated.
