We live in a small neighborhood and are in way down at the end on a road that doesn't run though so when we go outside our dog will come also but she'll chase the mail man or whoever is coming in or going out. How do you get them to stop from doing this or is it just something that will never change and they have to be tied up outside?
A dog outside should be either on a leash or in a fenced yard. It is dangerous to the dog, other animals, children, and people to let it run loose.
