Boaz is nursing on our blanket because he did not get to nurse on his mom when he was little! Now he is 1 year old and is still a baby! But I still LOVE him!

In the PetsHotel lobby there is a sign, that promises the petparent that their dog or cat will receive 24hr care. Why are customers not told that this only "EC Care"?
