I love New York in September?

We have a fun promotion coming up. Well, I am excited about it in part because I get to use several social media elements to support it. But, I also love the theme. The promotion is called Our Favorite Things, and will focus on what things are our pet's favorites. We've been talking to our associates and our customers and it's been neat to hear people's stories about what products their pets love most. We've been preparing our plans for spreading the word. In fact, a little sneak peek: next week we'll be looking for pet parents and pets to film in Central Park. I'm not sure all of the details yet, but I'll be sure to share them when I get them. It should be a blast. We'll have a collection of products for pet parents and pets to try out and see what they like. There'll be everything from products that create solutions for pet parents to fun stuff for pets. I wish I could go, I'd love to capture some shots myself. I will make sure that the video will be available on YouTube as well as on this community site, though (I'll let you know when it's up). We're also launching the promotion on several social networking sites, such as Facebook and Twitter (@PetSmartTLC). I'm building out the Facebook page right now, and should be launching it early next week. Be sure to check us out and follow us. As we go along, I'll be posting information and details about our upcoming events and promotions, as well as adding our videos. We're looking for pet parents to share with us their pet's favorite things, too. I'll start blogging about more details as we ramp up, probably starting next week. Whee!
