Help me teach my dogs to get along!!!

Olivia has been queen of the house for a long time. My daughter's dog had a litter of puppies and she begged me to take one. I did, now Olivia is furious. She screams at Stuart all the time. She has never bit him, she just screams at him. Stuart kind of thinks its funny and he just runs arounds and screams back at her. I am worried about Olivia. I just don't know what to do to help her get used to her little brother. This has been going on now for 4 weeks!! Please............any suggestions? I have e-mailed Cesar and haven't heard back. Just need some advise.

Well how about you try: 1st get a room for Olivia with all her toys and food and everything she needs and then take Stuart and allow them to sniff each other through the closed door and then crack the door allowing them to see each other then when Olivia starts screaming at him close the door also do not let Olivia get too far out then when you think Olivia wont scream at Stuart allow them to run up to each other when you think Olivia will be fine with Stuart and wont scream at him let Olivia out. (P.S I seen this on Animal planet)
