Ruby's Big Day

I was on my tie out the other day watching traffic drive by and the occassional neighbor walk by. All of a sudden I was surprised by the neighbor dog a black lab mix. We sniffed each other for a minute checking each other out and then the Labs owner came out and was taking him back to the car. As the labs owner was putting him in the car the lab broke free from his collar. The Lab then ran up on me and attacked me!! I had to fight! I don't like to fight but I can hold my own if being attacked. All of our neighbors came out to the noise. I was fine! A few small scratches. Everyone asked if I was ok and I recieved a lot of happy pats on the head that I wasn't hurt. The neighbors came over later that owned the Lab Mix and asked if I was alright. When they seen I was they stated their lab mix has a big gash on his leg.. I don't like to fight but I will if forced to!
