A Brat Pack Update--in Bullet Format

It's random update Thursday! * Ollie's birthday party exceeded all of my expectations. We had about 20 four-legged friends show up. We had one puker and one fight real signs of a good party in my book.  * The coupler was an interesting experiment. My final conclusion is that it's great for brisk walks, but not for the kind of Sunday strolls where the dogs want to smell the roses and pee every five feet or so. It's still in rotation among the collection of fashion and leather collar sets that only I care about, but I wouldn't say it's getting a lot of use. * Pirelle came, he saw, he got adopted. That was lightning quick! I only had the little guy for four days before he was officially adopted by another associate here at PetSmart. I couldn't be happier to get to see him on Fridays and I'm dying to see what kind of adult he grows up to be. If only every foster dog was as lucky as Pirelle ah, a girl can dream. * I'm on an important quest: I'm searching for the perfect treat for Fat Louie. One that will diminish the amount of behavior I refer to as: protest pooping. Seriously. When Fat Louie isn't satisfied with the quality and quantity of treats he's receiving, there's a backlash of pooping on the carpet. The search has only been on for a week or so and a few potential candidates are in the running but I've still found myself breaking out the steam cleaner more times than I cared for last week. That wraps up another few weeks in the life of the pack. Now, back to my quest to find the tastiest, low-calorie treat a cat can eat.
